Please be careful when receiving the parcel. Always check attachments for receipt by postal operators or couriers (depending on the country). The packaging of the box must be intact so that the products are intact. You definitely need to send us a photo with the damage so that we can send you a new order. We do not accept refunds without inspection before recieving. This happens very rarely but it can happens.
