These Terms of Use govern your use of the Jane and Mery application (the "Service") operated by Jane and Mery (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Application refers to Jane and Mery, the software program provided by the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
